About the job

We are building Porsche's Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona together with you. At the CRH we want to create something new and innovative to inspire the customer experience of the Porsche brand. You may think of it as a call center – but way better! You are an essential part of Porsches customer success, so you might as well call yourself a Porsche Ambassador.

Do you “speak” Porsche? Because we are looking for passionate Customer Experts who seek to revolutionise Porsche's customer service. Your mission will be to become an administrator and sovereignty of CRH knowledge Center and ensure user friendly knowledge for Level 1 & 2


Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Agent for  Porsche Digital Barcelona will be:

  • Representing our products and services
  • Being the first point of contact for our customers
  • Supporting the development of the Customer Relations Hub by introducing your ideas
  • Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues
  • Assuring the customers have a positive experience that fits our quality standards

Requirements

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of German with a proficient level of English 
  • If you are also proficient in either Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, French, or Arabic, it is a big plus!
  • Previous experience in luxury Customer Service or the Hotel industry
  • Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Being able to quickly understand customers needs and dealing with their emotions
