WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Establishment of ART and cross-team resource management within the customer portfolio
- Derive resource requirements based on the product roadmaps of the customer portfolio for the relevant sites
- Support portfolio management in setting up an overall roadmap and target reporting
- Support in setting up a decentralized risk and quality management with the respective roles of Porsche Digital
- Supporting portfolio management in cross-ART collaboration and harmonization of collaboration models
- Coaching and collaboration of product owners for efficient ART/team controlling, to ensure goals (roadmap, customer goals, costs, ...) are met
- Deriving resource requirements, personnel ramp ups local/global and framework contract adjustments
- Coaching and collaborating with product teams on sourcing - Performing partner management
- Coaching and collaborating with ARTs / teams and Porsche Digital experts to set up risk and quality management.
- Interface between portfolio and Porsche Digital corporate processes
- Set up effective standard processes in the area of planning and resource management
WHO YOU ARE
- Extensive professional experience (usually > 7 years) in planning and managing projects, in working with scaled product teams and initial experience in portfolio management desirable
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or (business) engineering advantageous
- Good knowledge and experience in agile principles and methods, experience in organizing a scaled product organization (e.g. SAFe)
- Team player, communicative, responsible, reliable, assertive
- Good feedback skills and experience, good analytical understanding combined with an eye for the essential and a hands- on working style
- Very good knowledge of German and English
