YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT
You will be part of the My Care team in Barcelona, a team tasked with the mission of providing the best-in-class support experience for Porsche owners. This is a key new role on a new cross-functional and dedicated Agile Product Team.
Our Product Designer will collaborate on an international level with other multidisciplinary teams of product managers, product owners, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders and not only with designers. We have a product mindset, there’s a real product as a result.
We have a beautiful office established in Barcelona’s center and offer a flexible mobile working policy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Mid Senior profile (6-7 years of experience).

Responsible for the End-to-end design development, from the research part to the final product.

Always watching over the interests of customers and users, seeking a balance between business needs and technical limitations.

Translating ideas, concepts and business vision into intuitive, simple, usable and effective solutions for the My Care product.

Diving deep into a problem space, generating hypotheses, developing research briefings, conduct research, surveys, usability testing, and work with both qualitative and quantitative data.

Turning research insights into frictionless user experiences, designing user journeys, sketches, wireframes, and specifying functionality.

Creating interactive prototypes based on design systems and perform evaluative research, such as usability tests.

Identifying usability problems and propose solutions that add value.

Maintaining a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs.

Experienced in collaborating with product owners and team members for feature requests and product development.

A good level of English is a must.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE

Ability to measure and obtain UX insights from analytics.

Have worked with the SCRUM framework, participating in and preparing meetings, and being part of all the ceremonies.
