IT Operations Support Specialist

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT

You will provide IT support for our team in Barcelona.

You will help to cultivate the local company culture, and set new standards for our collaboration also within our global network at Porsche.

We have a beautiful office established in the centre of Barcelona and also offer a flexible mobile working policy.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU CAN DO SOME OF THESE THINGS

  • Take control over account and user management for our tools and services (Microsoft365, Atlassian, 1Password, GitLab, VPN...)  

  • Provide office network support (triaging support requests and taking care of basic troubleshooting and reporting) 

  • Administer company devices - such as repairing or returns  

  • Asset and inventory management 

  • Handle software procurement / license management 

  • Support the process of purchasing IT hardware and software 

  • Support employees onboarding and offboarding process(equipment, licences) 

  • Provide IT support for non-technical staff (Office, Finance, HR...) 

  • Organise and perform IT training sessions

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE

  • General understanding of IT and min. 2 years of experience on similar jobs 

  • Good knowledge of macOS operating system 

  • Capability to prioritise and manage time and multiple priorities simultaneously  

  • An ability to analyse a given problem, diagnose it and find the root cause 

  • A great sense for on-the-fly troubleshooting 

  • A good level of English 

  • A positive and supportive attitude
